2-1.Support Mechanical engineer to carry out periodical review meetings with the worst suppliers in Quality and deliveries performance results;
2-2.Support mechanical engineer to launch and monitor Quality Improvement Plans with the worst suppliers
3.Serial production of Mechanical components:
3-1.To implement continuous improvement and Problem solving activities with suppliers in order to reduce inspections at GAMESA and eliminate the defective components at the supplier;
3-2.Quality concerns management with suppliers: to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review of the effectiveness
4.Team member in Projects of new products, cost reductions, product improvement, contingency plans, etc
5.Management and maintenance of documentation and databases related to Suppliers Quality issues
Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree, Mechanical major is must;
2.At least 3 years of proven experience in similar positions in Quality or Process at leader industrial companies;
3.Previous experience should have been linked to supplier issues in terms of quality, process, engineering with casting, forgings, steel fabricated and machined components, etc.;
4.The knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools as well as ISO 9001 or ISO 16949 procedures it is needed;
5.Ideal candidate will be self-confident and self-starter, with good communication skills;
6.Honest;
7.Person with discipline, technical criteria to take decisions, highly motivated.
