职位描述:
岗位职责 Responsibilities
1. 利用审核手册和ISO9000很好地完成对供应商的审核，提交审核报告和需改进项，很好地指导供应商提高质量体系。
Use audit manual and Iso9000 knowledge to fulfill the inspection on suppliers, present inspection report and improving items, direct suppliers generally to improve quality system.
2. 依据开发规范和要求，编制开发计划，对需质量改进的材料、供应商进行质量认证；对于认证项目，参与认证计划的编制。
According to development specification and requirements, work out development plan, certificate material of new material or new suppliers, increase standard material suppliers, provide necessary condition for reducing cost and meeting the needs of production.
3 根据掌握的有关知识（材料、供应商工艺、本厂工艺以及检测方法等），针对发现的质量问题(外检、生产线、客户以及最终用户)，很好地确认原材料的不合格内容，分析出不合格的原因，给出不合格品处理意见，敦促供应商进行改进，并对改进效果进行跟踪，来推动供应商不断提高原材料的质量。
According to relative knowledge (material, process of supplier, process of our factory and test method etc.), define quality problems generally, pursued suppliers to improve them, and keep watch on the improving result so as to promote suppliers to improve their quality of materials.
4. 根据图纸、PT等规范，依据原材料对压缩机性能的影响分析，编制、并维护材料的入厂检验的检查表RIC（测量方法），和TECHNICIAN一起制定测量的POP。
According to the specification of drawing, NTB and analysis on the material’s effect on compressor, work out RIC of this team, direct incoming inspection, manage the drawings and specification documents of this team.
5. 参与5S工作，保持良好的工作环境。
Organize and take part in 5S work of this team, keep good working environment.
6. 协调相关部门，很好地完成上级交给的其他工作。
Arrange urgent inspections, coordinate relative departments and fulfill other works assigned by managers.
岗位要求 Requirements
1. 大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor's Degree or above
2. 5年以上机械制造业质量工作经验
Above 5 years' working experiences of Quality in Machine Building Industry
3. 掌握材料、供应商工艺以及检测方法等有关知识，能够利用相关工具解决相关质量问题并进行持续改进
Master relative knowledge on material, process of supplier, and test method etc., and be able to solve relative quality problems trough relative instruments and keep continuous improvement
4. 英语听、说、读、写流畅/熟练
Expert in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
