For our Process Industries and Drives Division in TIANJIN,we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer/ECar 供应商质量工程师/ECar.
What are my responsibilities?
1. In order to continually improve supplier quality, support production departments on analyzing supplier quality problems and drive supplier to take corrective and preventive actions. monitoring the execution of corrective actions.持续改进供应商质量系统，协助生产线分析供应商质量问题的原因并要求供应商采取改善措施和预防措施，并且监控改善措施的执行情况。
2. Preparing monthly quality reports for the management group about the supplier quality performance. 准备供应商质量月报，给管理层汇报质量状况。
3. Prepare quality documents, raw material inspection Plan/Failure catalogue. 制作相关质量文件，包括原材料进料检验计划、不良类别。
4. Maintain SAP data, ralated incoming & quality management. 维护SAP系统里关于进料检验和质量相关数据。
5. Deal with supplier non-conformance materials and drive supplier for improvement. 负责处理供应商不合格品并推动供应商进行改善。
6. Responsible for the verifications of supplier's process. 负责供应商制程的验证。
7. Support all supplier related APQP activities according to Siemens requirement. 按照西门子要求，负责支持所有与供应商相关的APQP活动。
8. Conduct Product/Process Audits with suppliers and drive continuous process improvements. 主导供应商产品/过程审核，并推动持续改进活动。
9. Willingness to frequent travels (in China and possible EU).愿意接受经常出差(国内，偶尔欧洲)。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. More than 3 years related working experience in production quality control, at least 1 years in automotive company. 至少3年质量经验，至少1年在汽车行业。
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP,FMEA, SPC, MSA etc. processes. 熟悉汽车质量管理工具。
3. Be familiar with die casting/stamping/machining/molding processes. 熟悉浇注/冲压/机加工/注塑工艺。
4. Advanced knowledge of problem analyzing/solving techniques (8D). 非常熟悉问题分析、解决技巧(8D)。
5. Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3, ISO9001. 掌握TS16949, VDA6.3, ISO9001。
6. Good knowledge of 6 sigma, Green belt certification is preferred. 掌握6sigma知识，有绿带资格的优先。
7. Good knowledge of SAP is preferred. 熟悉SAP应用的优先。
8. Fluent English in speaking and writing. 英文在听说写方面表达流利。
